Summer travel

Through financial situation pretty hard in Germany right now. i have job hunt around 12 months.  

Through this times i have learnt to drive and got license, training myself with technical trainings which i am interested and some technical skills that might helpful for finding a job. 

but taking a break to travel outside is also very important for me. so as a family we travelled to Dubai and Mauritius.   

Dubai is really beautiful with skyscraper buildings and city life. its a very different world. 





We love beaches and ocean, we travelled to Mauritius. its was very beautiful with palm and banana trees. 



we explored the island with day trips.  


I am stranger here to this world; my home is with Jesus!

Finally the wedding

Its a mixed kind of wedding taking some of the traditions from marwadi style and some from other caste. oh!! A real Challenge i should say, not just different traditions its completely different cultures coming together. So the plan was then to make marwadi style reception and wedding in other style. I am happy that things went well overally with all preparations. Its small and simply wedding. Unfortunately some of our good friends couldn't come due to several reasons, i really wish so much that everybody could come, but cant help sometimes in our lives we cant expect everything we think, will happen. So in life we have to be contented with what we get. I am so much happy for this moment in our life, it was long awaited time. Its quite obvious right ? And you can see that in my face. After all its beginning our life together :) Isn't it wonderful Ghagra(dress)??

Strawberry Smoothie

Summer is a great time to make fruit drinks or milk shakes. You can use different variety of fresh fruits you can find in market. After a really hot day its definitely a pleasure to make it for yourself. Ingredients: 1) 6 or 7 strawberries 2) 2 cups of milk 3) sugar or honey 4) vanilla ice cream 5) ice cubes Makes two glasses. Cut strawberries into smaller pieces. Add in a blender strawberries, milk, sugar or honey, vanilla ice cream and ice cubes. Blend all together n your smoothie is ready go. Instead of strawberries you can also use banana or mango.

Choco cake

Have you wondered any time how long it takes for a cake in oven, yeah i did it takes really long like an hour. I must say i hardly have patience to make recipes which takes long time. My sister really inspired to make this quick choco cake of course not by oven rather using microwave..to my surprise it came really well. thanks didi ! Okay so here's the recipe Ingredients 2 cup all purpose flour 2 or 2 1/2 table spoon coco powder 1 1/2 cup milk (additional skimmed milk could be used) 1/2 cup of butter 1/2 cup powdered sugar 1 tea spoon baking powder 1 tea spoon vanilla essence Mix Flour,coco powder, sugar, milk, vanilla essence all these ingredients in a bowl with a mixer or blender. remember to make more liquid , use more milk if required. Grease a microwave compatible glass bowl with butter and heat up for a min in microwave. Finally add baking powder to the mixed contents.
