Have you wondered any time how long it takes for a cake in oven, yeah i did it takes really long like an hour. I must say i hardly have patience to make recipes which takes long time. My sister really inspired to make this quick choco cake of course not by oven rather using microwave..to my surprise it came really well. thanks didi!
Okay so here's the recipe
Ingredients
2 cup all purpose flour
2 or 2 1/2 table spoon coco powder
1 1/2 cup milk (additional skimmed milk could be used)
1/2 cup of butter
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 tea spoon baking powder
1 tea spoon vanilla essence
Mix Flour,coco powder, sugar, milk, vanilla essence all these ingredients in a bowl with a mixer or blender. remember to make more liquid, use more milk if required. Grease a microwave compatible glass bowl with butter and heat up for a min in microwave. Finally add baking powder to the mixed contents. And immediately pour it to the greased bowl and put in the microwave for about 6 mins, check if it looks sponge from outside. The cake normally should be done. let it cool down and transfer it to plate. use any kind of icing you like, i used directly the left out choco paste and choco crumbs over it, that was all available that time in my kitchen. That's all cake is ready.
